Mega Core Strengthener

This week’s free workout is a Mega Core Strengthening circuit! One of the most common problems I come across in personal training is a weak core. 

Core strength is crucial for overall performance (especially during resistance training), helps to prevent injuries, supports good posture, and among others, looks fucking great!

Traditionally, a “core workout” consists of banging out 100 crunches or sit-ups as fast as possible. I hate seeing people doing these kinds of routines, because not only are they boring, but they are ineffective and inefficient. 

This 6-exercise circuit is designed to help strengthen all parts of the abdominals, and support stability throughout the entire body. The focus is strength, stability, and functionality. Yeah you may end up with a pretty nice set of abs, but you will also feel better and stronger than ever during your workouts.
