Halloween is my favorite holiday, second to Thanksgiving. I love the season, the decorations, and all of the fun treats!
Too much Halloween candy can weight me down and feeling 'bleh', especially since I don't eat much sugar anymore. I love this popcorn because you get the sweetness of candy, cut by the light crunchy texture of fiber-filled popcorn.
A little bit of white chocolate goes a long way, and mini candy corn disperses nice and easily throughout the batch. With only 85 calories per cup, this Halloween treat goes a long way!
-18 cups air popped popcorn (plain)
-4.5 oz (1 bar) white chocolate
-1/2 cup mini candy corn
1. Lay out two clean baking sheets covered in parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, gently toss popcorn and melted white chocolate until evenly dispersed.
3. Lay popcorn out in one even layer between the two sheets, and sprinkle with candy corn.
4. Let chocolate cool and harden, and enjoy!
