Nutrition counseling is 100% customized according to the client's unique needs and is conducted directly by Sarah. Factors such as lifestyle, environment, occupation, physiology, genetics, medical history, personality, preferences, and health & fitness goals will all factor into counseling.


The initial consultation includes an in-depth screening and report, educational materials, and a comprehensive plan. Nutritional assessment, continuous adjustments, and additional programming is an ongoing process which allows for sustainable results and long-term behavioral change to ensure success.

Wellness Coaching $40-60/session


Wellness coaching is a powerful tool to be used on its own, or in conjunction with nutrition counseling & personal training. While 'healthy' is merely a state of body, wellness is a state of being. Wellness focuses on eight dimensions of an individual's life: physical, occupational, spiritual, social, financial, emotional, environmental, & intellectual.


In addition to aiding achievement of health & fitness goals, wellness coaching has the potential to make these changes even more sustainable, & positively impact all areas of life. Wellness coaching, however, can address any areas that the client/coach deems fit; mental health, spirituality, goal setting and achievement, work performance, familial relationships, positive behavioral change & more. Customized Online Personal Training $100/month


All programs are written from scratch for each client with a variety of factors in mind: anthropometrics, goals, medical history, exercise history, experience & knowledge, accessibility to equipment & space, lifestyle, mobility, strength imbalances, & the presence of chronic pain.


Each phase of programming is designed to target specific modes of adaptation that contribute to the long-term goal. 


Rather than focusing on workout trends, outrageous intensity, & confusing programming, the primary objective here is to help you to accomplish your health & fitness goals. Not only will you see positive changes in the mirror, but you will feel better than ever - with less frustration, less time, & less yo-yo-ing!
